Japan Exchange Hosting Spring 2019 - Application

Hosting a student from Japan can be a rewarding experience that your family can share together. Regardless of the size of your home, it is the size of your heart in welcoming a teenager from Japan that matters most.

In this application, I am gathering information about families interested in hosting a Japanese exchange student from our sister school for 7 nights (SATURDAY, MARCH 16 - early SATURDAY morning, MARCH 23, 2019). Their departure date is our first day of Spring Break, but they are picked up from ETHS early that morning, so it shouldn't interrupt most of your plans. Expectations are that you will provide three balanced meals a day, a comfortable place to sleep, a safe environment, and a willingness to share your life with a Japanese teenager. For your convenience, KJ students will be transported back and forth from O'Hare Airport by charter bus. Go to http://bit.ly/samplehosting so you can see the flow of a typical week.
