All wrestlers will need to register and pay for their USAW membership this year on their own ($60), previously this was done by the club and was included in your fee. We have lowered the cost this year to reflect this. You will not be able to practice or participate in any tournaments until this is completed. A link and how to guide will be sent to you. Please indicate below you understand and agree. *
You have the option this year to purchase a new team singlet (around $60) or purchase a used one for $20 (size dependent). All orders for singlets will go through our store link and will need to be purchased by October 15th. (the lowering of our registration fee also reflects this this) Please indicate below you understand and agree. *
Everyone will be ordering their team shirt and fight shorts on their own this year (if you want them). This is also through the team store (again, the lowering of registration cost reflects this). Please indicate below you understand and agree. *
All wrestlers will be required to sell 10 hog raffle tickets. This is our one and only fundraiser and helps offset the cost of renting a new facility for practice and our tournament. Please indicate below you understand and agree. *
All families are required to volunteer for our home wrestling tournament. This could include donating food, helping with setting up or tearing down. Someone from every family must also work the tournament for at least 1.5 hours (this is an all day event with a ton of different jobs). Please indicate below you understand and agree. *
We utilize the app "Band" for all communications. The schedule will be posted on here, last minutes updates will be posted here, signup information for tournaments the club is doing will be there and much more. After you register we will send you a link to join the Band App. Please have at least one person from your family in the app. *
Do you grant permission for us to use photos/videos of matches of your wrestler for our social media pages and for any marketing/promotion purposes? *
I, the parent or guardian, of above mentioned child/ren, understand that RWC does not provide insurance and i agree that the field provider and all participants in RWC in any capacity will not be liable for any causes of actions, claims, and/or injuries arising out of the applicants participation in the RWC program. I hereby release  all said individuals from any claims or liabilities. I understand that in all sports there are certain risks of physical injuries and we are participating at our own risk. I hereby consent to the participation of the above mention child/ren in the RWC program. *
