Let's say you are currently receiving messages from marketers. There are 3 categories of messages that you can turn on/off individually.
What would you expect a "Global Opt Out" button to do?
Opt me out of current & future messages by setting all categories to "OFF"
Opt me out of current & future messages but preserve my current category preferences

Let's say you clicked on the "Global Opt Out" button but changed your mind a week later. What do you prefer?
Have an "Opt In" button to revert my settings to whatever I had before I clicked "Global Opt Out"
