BOTH SKILLED AND UNSKILLED PLAYERS CAN SIGN UP AS LONG AS THEY ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT THE GAME.

PRIVACY: I verify the date of birth stated above. I fully understand that the player and the parents are bound by the Rules, Regulations, and Policies, including Codes of Conduct of the Club and agree to abide by the Codes of Conduct and all rulings that relate to me.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOS: I consent to LTFC photographing and videoing my child for marketing purposes concerning the football club. I acknowledge that if I have concerns regarding pictures or its distribution, I should contact the Club management directly.

REFUND POLICY: Kindly note that the club does not refund. The money paid must be used for training sessions or purchase of sports equipment.
