Qualifier Meet Criteria, effective May 2017:
* Cross country meet (90% or more off-pavement/road), grass preferred
* Collegiate 6k or 8k race distance
* Event holds (general liability) insurance
* Race field is limited to NIRCA club runners.
Unattached/non-NIRCA clubs permitted in a separate race & start.
* Finishers include two or more full scoring NIRCA club teams, per gender.
Full scoring team = 5 finishers per team
* Results uploaded on clubrunning.org within 48 hours post-event.

NIRCA reserves the right to revert a Qualifier meet to a Non-Qualifier if an event does not meet these criteria before, during, and after the event.
