We are looking for ambitious, creative, driven, goal oriented, proactive and well organized Sales Development Team Lead, who is passionate about sales, wants to work with leading technology startups and deliver outstanding results leading our growing sales development team. You will work directly with Greg, Natalie and top European founders, which makes it a very unique opportunity.

Salary: 6,000 - 8,000 PLN + annual bonus (gross umowa zlecenie or net B2B + VAT / 32 hours per week)


- Remote only company - we don’t have an office, you can work anywhere in the world (but check the internet connection first!),

Job description:

- Co-designing go to market strategy of our customers,
- Creating and implementing an account-based sales development strategy,
- Hiring, team training, coaching and 1-on-1’s,
- Managing team activities and results,
- Improving the performance of the campaigns,
- Optimizing toolstack and internal processes,
- Developing and testing new lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

- A proven track record of top performance as a manager or individual SDR,
- Strategic and analytical mindset, attention to details, strong work ethic, methodical approach to work,
- Problem solving skills and creativity, best if you have a hacker mentality,
- Excellent communication and people skills, you must lead by example,
- An excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1),
- Interest in the process of scaling technology startups.
