Hey there! We're looking for a select group of folks across the Southeast to help spread the word about Earl Scruggs Music Festival in exchange for complimentary GA Weekend Passes.
Important: Submitting this form expresses interest in joining the street team, but does NOT guarantee selection. Street team members are chosen based on location, promotional needs, and overall campaign strategy. Due to limited spots, not everyone who signs up will be selected.
Street Team Instructions:
You must poster in approved, permanent locations only. Please do NOT hang posters on lamp posts, mailboxes, trash cans, drink machines, utility poles, outdoor walls, or similar surfaces.
We will provide a list of approved local businesses such as retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, tattoo parlors, music venues, record stores, bookstores, and other places where music lovers gather. Posters should primarily be placed on community/bulletin boards or inside windows (taped inside so posters are protected from weather).
All poster runs are subject to approval. Poster runs will not be approved if photo proof shows placement on telephone poles, trash cans, graffitied walls, drink machines, random walls, or other outdoor/unapproved areas.
Ticket Fulfillment Requirements:
To receive tickets, you must:
- Submit a photo of each poster placement
- Provide a complete list of all poster locations
- Receive approval from your assigned point of contact
If approved, two (2) GA weekend passes to Scruggs Fest 2026 will be available at will call under your name.
