Terms & Conditions:

1. This Pay2Use Prepaid shall be used for services at Analytical 1, Analytical 2 and Microscopy Laboratories (synergized service laboratories between PPMU-MJIIT) only.
2. Check out the FAQ, guidelines and overall usage (https://bit.ly/3IKMqdN) before application.
3. All information given must be true prior to submission.
4. Balance in Pay2Use Prepaid is non-refundable, hence, please estimate the amount carefully before application.
5. IMPORTANT: Invoice will be issued and payment shall be made via cash / Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) within 30 days from the date of the invoice. The invoice will be cancelled if no payment is received within 90 days.
6. For new applicants, we will share Pay2Use Prepaid Real-time Tracking Statement for self monitoring purposes.
