Get carried away by the Berimbau's rhythm at the crossroad of African and Brazilian cultures with a 10-day immersive internship led by Négoativo, a Brazilian capoeira mestre, our workshops will take place at Espace Aduna’m, in Medina Ndiathbe in the north of Senegal.
Whether you're a curious beginner or an experienced capoeirista, this is your chance to enjoy an immersive experience in a vibrant space where cultures meet and creativity thrives!
There is even more to it than the Berimbau lessons - it's a journey through music, movement, and heritage. Learn to play the Berimbau, and dive deep into the rhythm, teachings and poetry of Capoeira as a way to pay tribute to both Brazilian and African cultures.

Laissez-vous emporter par le rythme du berimbau, à la croisée des cultures africaine et brésilienne, à travers un stage immersif de 10 jours. Animé par Négoativo, maître de capoeira brésilien, ce voyage prendra place à l'Espace Aduna'm, à Medina Ndiathbé dans le nord du Sénégal.
Que vous soyez débutant ou un.e capoeiriste déjà expérimenté.e, c'est l'occasion de s'immerger dans une atmosphère de paix et de créativité là où les cultures se rencontrent.
Ce stage de berimbau vous propose un voyage à travers la musique, l'art et le mouvement tout en plongeant dans une (re)découverte du patrimoine culturel sénégalais. Apprenez à jouer du Berimbau et plongez-vous dans le rythme et la poésie de la Capoeira, tout en rendant hommage aux cultures brésilienne et sénégalaise.

- Initiation à la poterie, à la boulangerie traditionnelle, à la plantation d'arbres, à la transformation de produits laitiers, à l'art de la construction de cases africaines, ...
- Découverte ou approfondissement des cultures brésilienne et sénégalaise
