By submitting this questionnaire, you understand that surrendering your cat means they will be placed in a rescue or adoption program, and there may be a delay before they are rehomed, depending on medical or behavioural needs.  *

We are run entirely on donations; every penny goes to the care of the cats.

If you would like to make a donation towards their care, we would appreciate it.  This is not mandatory. 

IMPORTANT: Once we receive your submission we will prioritise your cat based on needs and add to our waiting list.  Completing this form does not guarantee a space, in the meantime, can you please try other rescues listed on www.catchat.org  If you do find a space elsehwhere sooner, please do let us know. 

Once we do have a space we will contact you, however we can only hold a space for a maximum of 48 hours as our waiting lists are very long.
