Google Tensorflow Workshop Day at CS-GSU RSVP form
The GSU ACM Student Chapter in conjunction with Department of CS, is organizing a half day workshop on Google's TensorFlow DeepLearning toolkit on the 23rd of Feb 2018, Friday from 1-4pm. We are excited to have Robert Martin from Google delivering the workshop.

Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Location: Aderhold Learning Center 107 (GSU Campus)

The workshop is divided into two lab sections, each of which will run 60 - 90 minutes in addition to brief intros:

-- Pre-Trained Machine Learning Models - students will code to pre-trained Google machine learning models such as image classification and natural language processing via APIs

-- Custom Machine Learning Models - students will build, train, and deploy a machine learning model in TensorFlow with Google's Cloud

Students will leave with a selection of additional labs they can complete on their own time. There are no pre-requisites other than a laptop with a modern browser (Chrome preferred).

PLEASE NOTE: The hands-on workshop requires registration (free). First 50 participants to RSVP will be considered. Top priority to students. Kindly hurry!

Biography: Robert Martin is a Cloud Customer Engineer for Google, working with companies from small startups to the largest enterprises to harness the power of Google Cloud Platform. Robert has worked previously as a software developer, architect, and IT director in financial services, law enforcement, and satellite telecommunications. Robert graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and is currently pursuing an MS in Analytics from Georgia Tech.
