Throughout our 25 year history, LAANE has made it a priority to train the next generation of social justice activists and leaders. Many interns have gone on to work for other progressive social justice organizations – some have even become campaign directors at LAANE.

We believe in fair wages for all workers, including students, which is why we created the Beth & Julia Meltzer Summer Internship Program. With the annual support of private donors, LAANE offers internship opportunities each summer in areas including community organizing, communications, development, policy/legal analysis, and research.

The 2019 Summer Internship Program will take place from June 17 to August 8.
