*Groups who raise funds to assist school programs and activities are exempt (Booster Club) from rental fees but will be assessed custodial and technology fees at the District's actual cost for tournaments and events.*Other groups using the facilities will be assessed the same custodial/tech fee in addition to the rental fee.
*Facilities need to be left in the condition they are found or a clean-up fee will be charged. Groups using the facilities will be responsible for any damage done
*Any technology usage requires tech staff to be present and will be paid at their rate.
*Custodian(s) charges will be a minimum of 2 hours over time for being requested.
*All arrangements for reservations of facilities and payment of fees must be done at least 7 calendar days prior to the event. (Non-school groups or persons renting school facilities must provide the school with a certificate of insurance at the time of reservation).
*We will not rent to anyone that's competing with similar school events or event centers.
*Rescheduled events may need to take precedence over originally scheduled events.
*We have the right to refuse or revoke the usage of facilities/equipment to anyone at any time.
