Guidelines for Cohort C

 Please note that only students who have gone through the process of application and have been formally approved will be in Cohort C. Students cannot initiate the process, parents are to be the only ones to apply for Cohort C.

The application period for Marking Period 6, will be based on class and will be strictly adhered to:
Seniors must apply by April 14, 2021
Freshmen must apply by April 21, 2021
Sophomores must apply by April 28, 2021
Juniors must apply by May, 5, 2021

If approved, students will be in Cohort C for the remainder of this semester and will be unable to transition out of Cohort C..

Approval will be based on academic performance in marking periods 4 and 5

Students who have been identified as needing more intensive supports that cannot be maintained in Cohort C will not be approved.

With the exceptions of events such as Prom, Graduation, and AP Testing, students enrolled in Cohort C may forfeit the opportunity to attend any in-person school activities or events.

If after returning to full in person learning  the parent believes Cohort C is the better option (or if after signing up for Cohort C the parent feels that in person learning is a better option), an application must be submitted  by the following dates, please note that no exceptions will be made beyond your exemption sign up dates.
Seniors: Must apply by 4/23
Freshmen: Must apply by 4/30
Sophomores: Must apply by 5/7
Juniors: Must apply by 5/14
