Terms and Conditions: 
- Equipment left in the loft for more than 30 days past agreed pickup date will incur a monthly storage fee. 
- Equipment left for more than 1 year from agreed pickup date will become property of Sky Team, Inc. 
- If additional charges exceeding $30 are necessary for your equipment we require customer approval before the work is performed.
- Applicable shipping and sales tax will be applied to parts purchases.
- Main canopies are packed per manufacturer instructions, however Sky Team, Inc. is not responsible for main malfunctions of any reason.
- Jumpsuits are required to be cleaned before repairs are performed. If a jumpsuit is brought in dirty a washing fee will apply.

By agreeing to this form the buyer/owner/user of the aforementioned equipment releases Sky Team, Inc. and associates from any and all liability.
