I hereby consent to Rock and Water Ltd using images of myself caught in video recordings, and/or photographs, taken/recorded by Rock and Water Ltd. I consent to them being used for marketing and publicity related purposes and to their use in other Rock and Water Ltd publications. I understand that they may be published on social media channels or on the Rock and Water Ltd website, other websites or elsewhere.  I UNDERSTAND THAT:  My images will be held in accordance with the GDPR guidelines (the General Data Protection Regulation); The images of myself captured in the video recordings and/or photographs will be the copyright of Rock and Water Ltd and any other intellectual property which arises in the photographs/recordings will also belong to the Rock and Water Ltd; I hereby agree to irrevocably assign all property rights in my photographs and/or recordings to Rock and Water Ltd; I hereby agree to waive all rights in my performance in the film and/or recordings to Rock and Water Ltd.I can ask Rock and Water Ltd to stop using my images at any time, in which case efforts will be taken to prevent them being used in future digital and offline publications but they may continue to appear in publications already in circulation. *

Course cancellation policy
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the challenges that it brings, Rock and Water Ltd is updating its Terms and Conditions as follows: if testing positive for Covid-19, you can have your booking moved to the next available training. Or you can request a full refund for the training you have booked if you cancel  ahead of the course start date with a confirmed positive PCR test result or are a verified close contact, are not fully vaccinated and must self-isolate. Please note this applies to Rock and Water Ltd's course fees only and not any other costs, charges and bookings around the dates such as hotels and travel made by the individual/organisation. As such under the circumstances, we also recommend checking on the flexibility of that booking and/or using a credit card for greater security. Due to the current climate as a result of COVID-19, there will be uncertainty and local governments imposing restrictions at short notice.       All remaining Cancellation Policies apply together with Rock and Water Ltd's General Terms and Conditions. Written requests to cancel a registration must be posted or emailed to us with the charges as follows: 4 weeks or more before course date = 25% of the full course fee. 2-4 weeks before course date =  50% of the full course fee. Cancellations received with less than 14 days before the course date will not be refunded, although the registration can be transferred to another participant for the same course by written/email confirmation. No refunds are given for non-attendance. Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our training, we reserve the right to withdraw any course. If for any reason Rock and Water Ltd cancels a course, all course fees will be returned in full. We cannot however reimburse the cost of any pre-booked travel/accommodation arrangements and suggest that you might like to consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred. *

I understand that upon submission of this registration, an invoice will be sent detailing how to complete the payment process. Once full payment has been received, a confirmation will be sent via email. If you have not received confirmation, then you are not yet registered to attend the course. *
