The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction requires all school districts to annually report the number of children under the age of 21 that live in the district. This includes students that are attending other schools as well as those that are home-schooled. The data determines the amount of state library aid that the district receives. It helps us when sending out letters to parents for the Early Childhood and 4-year-old kindergarten screening, and is also very useful for planning purposes.
