This form collects the necessary information to enroll your student with the Edgewater Crew rowing program sponsored by Orlando Rowing Association (ORA). The registrant must be a student eligible to participate in Edgewater High School athletics.

Physicals
All rowers and coxswains must have a sports physical and ECG completed to participate. The OCPS health physical form as provided at Edgewater High School with a physician's approval for training should be turned in as soon as possible. To access the form online, go to

membership@edgewatercrew.com or you can drop off a paper copy at the boathouse.
Novice RowersAll new/novice rowers have the option to practice with the team for up to 2 weeks before paying dues, but a parent must still fill out this registration form.
