Reporting Unlabeled Seeds Received in the Mail
Thank you for contacting us about a package containing unlabeled seed that you received in the mail. Right now the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is coordinating with United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA) to obtain all of these shipments as part of an investigation.

We would like you to ship all of the original packaging and the seed that you received to the USDA. If you have already opened the package, place all materials (seeds and packaging) into a tightly sealed plastic bag and enclose it in a shipping envelope. Please include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address in the package.
