CYT Scholarship Application
Thank you for your interest in CYT Santa Cruz. We are a non-profit organization which provides training in the area of theater arts to children ages 8-18. CYT Santa Cruz is pleased to offer financial assistance to families who would not otherwise be able to participate in our program. If you are eligible, the scholarship can pay for UP TO HALF of the cost of class tuition. Applications should be submitted at least one to two weeks prior to the start of classes. Please fill out the entire application. If we do not receive all required information, your application cannot be processed. Once you fill out this form, you will need to submit proof of income via a copy of your most recent W2, page 1 & 2 of your Tax Return or Schedule C if self employed to Tamara@cytsantacruz.org. If reapplying for a scholarship, you must submit current employment income information. If we have any questions regarding your application, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be notified of the status of your application by the Bookkeeper.
*Note: scholarship requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to first class day.
