Limited places available. Registration is on a “First come-First served” basis.

Retreatants are required to register for themselves and provide FULL information as required in the Registration Form. We do not take registrations 'on behalf of another’. Each Registration is meant for ONE retreatant only. Please note that ICM reserves the right to not accept registrations that do not meet our basic requirements.

Guidelines for TRAC ICM’s In-Person Retreat.

1. Accommodation
- Participants will be assigned to a rooms with double occupancy.
- Requests for single occupancy will only be considered if there is availability of space.
- Please bring your own toiletries and towel.

2. Meals
- 2 breakfast, 2 lunch and 2 dinners, snacks and beverages will be provided

3. Transportation
- Please make your way to the retreat center on your own. ICM will not be arranging for carpooling.

4. COVID-19 safeguards
- Please ensure that you have a negative Covid-19 Self-Test a day before attending the retreat.
