AVP-MN Combo Community Workshop Registration - March 18th - 20th

Thank you for your interest in taking an Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) Basic, Advanced and Training for Facilitators (T4F) Combo Community Workshop with AVP-Minnesota!

The three day workshop schedule is:

Fri, March 18th 6pm-9pm (CST)
Sat., March 19th 9am-8pm (breaks from 12-1pm and 4-5pm)
Sun, March 20th 9am-4pm (break from 12-1pm)

To receive Basic, Advanced and Training for Facilitator (T4F) level certification at the end of the workshop, you must attend all six workshop sessions. If you would like to take the workshop but have a scheduling conflict, please contact Maria at mmusachio@gmail.com to discuss options.

The entire workshop will take place via Zoom. We are happy to provide technological assistance if you have any questions about using Zoom (indicate level of familiarity with Zoom below). You will receive an information packet, including a Zoom link and everything else you need to know, in the week before the workshop.

The fee to participate in this workshop is $25 - $100.

Information for those taking the T4F level workshop:

When training to become a facilitator you will be asked to facilitate some parts of the upcoming workshop, with support from the facilitation team. You will attend a 2 hour session on Feb. 2/11/22, 6-8pm, to:

meet your team
sign up for exercises
receive some tips for facilitating

It is important that you order AVP manuals at this time. Cost for 3 manuals is $60. The manuals take 10 days to arrive by mail. Contact Motivated Maria, maria@fnvw.org to arrange this and to ask any questions
