Join us for our first Grassroots Fundraising Training!

What: Hosted by our Fundraising Committee, this training is intended to teach you how to raise funds in your own community! Many people have engaged in grassroots fundraising already without even knowing it. If you have ever been a part of a school bake sale or donated in order to go to a benefit concert in your community, you have engaged in a grassroots fundraising event!

Asking for money can be scary, but if you never ask the answer will always be “No”. This training will help you debunk some fears about fundraising you might have, and provide you with the tools and resources to put on a successful event. Together, we will raise money to help Initiate Justice end mass incarceration!

When: THURSDAY April 16th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm

Where: This training will be held via ZOOM. Zoom is a free & easy-to-download app that you can download on any cellular device or computer. Once you have downloaded the app, you can call or video chat with anyone, anywhere!

**To access this training, you will need a Zoom invitation code. Codes will only be provided upon your completion of this RSVP Form.**
