The College of Computer Mathematical and Natural Sciences will hold the 2024 New Student Welcome & TerrapinSTRONG event on September 4, 2024. There will two sessions held to accommodate our incoming CMNS student population.
  • Wednesday, September 4 | 3 - 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday, September 4 | 6 - 7:30 pm
We welcome you to be a part of the CMNS TerrapinSTRONG Leaders who will contribute to a vibrant and welcoming space for all new UMD students this fall!

About CMNS TerrapinSTRONG Leaders
We would like CMNS faculty, staff, graduate students and student leaders to serve as TerrapinSTRONG leaders during the event. TerrapinSTRONG Leaders will facilitate a discussion and two activities for a small group of approximately 10 students. As a reference you may view the New Student Welcome & TerrapinSTRONG facilitation guide that leaders used last year to facilitate the discussion and activities.
