House of Wiggle Goats Adoption Form

Thank you for your interest in adopting from House of Wiggle Goats, a farm animal rescue & Sanctuary. 

BEFORE YOU BEGIN, PLEASE NOTE:

  • Adoption can be difficult on animals, please give them a full 2 weeks to settle into your home. try to be as consistent as possible with schedules
  • Yards should be fully fenced in on all sides to ensure safety of your new friend. expectations can be made for certain pets.
  • Animals must NEVER be staked outside for an extended period of time.
  • Adoption Fees vary for all animals.

THE PROCESS:
  1. To begin the evaluation process, fill out our adoption application. After completing this application, please email photos or video of both your fencing and shelter to HouseofWiggleGoats@gmail.com, or send us a message on Facebook. Once your application and photos are reviewed, which can take up to a few days, we will contact you to discuss further. If your home looks like it will be a good fit, we will move forward with a face-to-face visit. Once scheduled, will be arranged for you to meet our adoptable critters. Please feel free to bring family members and any questions you may have. 
  2. Once you arrive at your scheduled visit we will meet the animals together. We will go over basic care, such as feed requirements, and grooming. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them at this time.
  3. Now that you have meet the animals, it's time to choose! Once you have chosen, we will set up another appointment to come and pick up your new friend(s).
  4. Finally, we will go over the adoption contract. Any medical records will be given to you in addition to a copy of the adoption contract. Now it's time to bring your new pets home. Please bring proper transportation for everyone's safety. 

*Note that the completion of this application does not guarantee the adoption of a HOWG rescued animal.
