This survey casts a wide net - whether you're a tribal or non-profit org with your hands in the soil, a local vendor cooking up compost tea, or an educational resource that supports grassroots bioremediation projects, you're in the right place. Fill out the questions that make sense for you, and skip the rest. 

If your organization has multiple projects at different locations, we recommend submitting multiple responses with unique GPS coordinates.

Your responses will be visible to the public when they view the map or website, with the exception of the email address at the top of this page. Your survey response (and a link for editing your response) will be sent to that email, and we will also contact you if we have questions. We will never share your name or email address without your consent.

All submissions are reviewed before they are added to the map. We are primarily volunteer-run, so please be patient!

Testing Results
Have you done lab testing or analysis to assess the impact of your project? Do you have any takeaways or recommendations that will help other bioremediators? (Example: "In 2023, plots with oyster mushroom + phytoremediators showed greater reduction in PCBs than plots with oyster mushroom only, based on soil samples sent to Lab123. No difference noted when biochar was added, but we are trying again with a different biochar supplier. We're happy to share our findings with anyone who reaches out."
