November, from 1 pm from Apach via Perl to Schengen.
Europe's open borders were introduced in the Schengen area in 1985. France, West Germany and Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg were the first to sign the Schengen Agreement, which regulates the free movement of goods and people within Europe. To date, 29 European countries have taken this step. Since then, millions of Europeans have enjoyed the freedom of European movement every year, which has also strengthened our border regions in particular, which are now more interconnected than ever before. Volt wants to preserve this freedom and is organising a march for open borders through Germany, Luxembourg and France in and around Schengen on 2 November. Anyone who wants to stand up for open borders is cordially invited to join the march.
