Advertisement: The event will be promoted through a variety of channels, including television commercials, an on-air segment, sponsored social media advertisements, radio spots, event calendars, and news media coverage.

Vendor Space Details: Each vendor will be allocated a 10x10 space.

Sponsors: 20x20 Space

Unloading instructions: Vendors will receive detailed unloading instructions prior to the event. All vendors must be fully set up no later than one hour before the event begins. Failure to comply may result in denied access without a refund.

Important Notice Regarding Lemonade Vendors:
At this time, we are no longer accepting applications for vendors selling lemonade. If you offer other products, you are welcome to apply; however, lemonade will not be permitted for sale under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a balanced variety of offerings at our event.

Fees

Product Vendor: $175 per day

Food Table Vendor: $350 per day

Food Trucks / Trailer Vendor: $475 per day

Sponsorship packages $1,000-$3,000
