Camrose Softball Assoc. 2nd Ump Reimbursement request form
This form is intended for CSA team reimbursement requests for 2nd ump expenses during the 2026 softball season. In order to continue to develop our umpire roster the Camrose Softball Association has agreed to cover the cost of a 2nd umpire during a game. This may include mileage outside of Camrose, AB over 20 kms at a rate of $0.50/km.  Reimbursement will only be made by way of e-transfer. Please consider sending several requests at once. 

2026 umpire pay scale 

U 9-  1 umpire $35

           2 umpire $ 35 each 

U11-  1 umpire $ 50 

          2 umpires, $40 each 

U13- 1 umpire $55 

          2 umpires  $45 each 

U15- 1 umpire $65

          2 umpires. $50 each 

U17- 1 umpire  $65

          2 umpires  $50 each 

U19 - 1 umpire $65

           2 umpires $50 each
