Request for Refund
Your student's band account reflects money that you deposited for your student's band expenses. Money in the account from fundraising is not refundable. Keep in mind, we are planning to do a big trip in 2021-2022 school year.
If your child plans on being in band 2021-2022, please do not fill out this form.
This form can only be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the student (as listed in the school system records).
Before requesting a refund, consider if your student still has payments to make for Winter Guard, Indoor Percussion, or other expenses. [Please note: when reviewing your student's statement, -$123 means there is a credit of $123.]
Requests received before March 15, 2021 will be reviewed and processed within a few weeks of that date.
Requests received before May 26, 2021 will be reviewed and processed within a few weeks of that date.

To request a refund, give the mailing address of the legal parent/guardian (as listed in school system records). [If applicable, parent is then responsible to return money to grandparents or others who might have contributed.]
