North Texas Facing Family Violence Exhibitor Table Application
The Collin County Council on Family Violence (CCCFV) invites you to participate as an exhibitor in our Annual North Texas Facing Family Violence Conference.
2019 Conference:
October 23-25, 2019

The conference will be located at the Living Legends Conference Center at the Spring Creek Campus of Collin College, Plano, TX.

We are currently seeking vendors representing:

* Corporations that support the fight against family violence
* Community Organizations
* Local Non-profit Organizations
* Family Services
* Book Sales (Presenters only)

The CCCFV is expecting over 200 registrants to attend the conference. Your table/display will be in the hallway outside the conference event. Exhibitors will be visible to these registrants who will include professionals in the mental health, law, educational, social services, law enforcement, human resources and medical fields as well as many students and faculty of the college.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the annual North Texas Facing Family Violence Conference as we continue to educate, collaborate, and work to eradicate family violence.

There is no fee for Collin County Council on Family Violence Members

For Non-Collin County Council on Family Violence Members
--The fee for a non-profit (non-member of CCCFV) exhibitor is $30.
--The fee for a business exhibitor is $100.
--There are no product sales allowed.

Please send a check made out to The Collin County Council on Family Violence to 5805 Coit Road, Suite 301 – Plano, Texas 75093 by October 1, 2019. If you are a non-profit please include your tax identification letter with your check.

CANCELLATIONS
If a vendor needs to cancel, please do so at least 3 business days prior to the day of the event.
Lunch
Lunch is provided for paid conference registrants. Otherwise, exhibitors may join us for lunch by purchasing a lunch ticket for $25 per day per person. To purchase lunch tickets visit: https://ntffv2019.eventbrite.com ;

Lunch can also be purchased on your own on or off site, but can not be brought into the conference rooms.
Exhibitor Info
Exhibitors will be provided one 2’ X 4’ table and two chairs.
Additional tables and chairs must be requested no later October 1st.

Setup times are as follows:
Wednesday: 8:15am (Exhibit opens at 8:45am)
Thursday: 7:00am (Exhibit opens at 7:30am)
Friday: 7:00am (Exhibit opens at 7:30am)

Exhibitors are welcome to advertise services and products but cannot sell items at the conference. Additional details will be sent out closer to the event date. If you have any questions about participating as an exhibitor, please email cccfvconference@jlcollincounty.org.
