Mock Trial Witness Volunteer Form
The First Year Law Student's (1Ls) Mock Trial Competition is an annual competition in which 1Ls practice being trial attorneys in front of "mock judges." 1Ls need volunteers to act as witnesses in a Mock Trial. Law students will coach the witnesses on their roles and expectations.

This is a great opportunity for undergraduate students interested in law, policy, government, public service, mock trial, debate, speech, and much more to learn more about law school, network, and have fun! It is also a great resume builder, and you may also receive class credit.

Students interested in participating as a witness must be available to volunteer on the first two nights of the competition: Monday, November 13th and Tuesday, November 14th. The competition begins at 6PM, however, the law students will likely want to prep their witnesses prior to that time.

If their team of law students succeeds, they will continue on in the competition and may request volunteer assistance on the following Wednesday (11/15), Thursday (11/16), and Monday (11/20).

Please fill out this form by Friday, November 3.
