Please complete this application if you are interested in joining our Queens Artist Database or having Queens Rising help connect you with a venue in Queens to present your artistic work in 2025. We are accepting applications for Queens Public Library programming on a rolling basis.
We will do our best to "match" you with a venue that is right for you!

- Filling out this form does not guarantee a match.
- Artists and venues will work out, separately from Queens Rising, the conditions of their match, including artist fees, production costs, marketing, and promotions.
- Queens Rising will not be responsible for covering any direct expenses (artist fees, production costs, transportation) related to this match.
- Queens Rising agrees to include any events resulting from this match in our marketing campaigns.
- Your submission will be accessible to venues in Queens who register with us. They will contact you directly if they wish to program your work.
*If you have previously submitted to Queens Rising, we invite you to submit new content for 2025.
