Pembrokeshire County Council would like to:

Take a photograph and or a video of *you/*your child/* the person you care for

To comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, we need your permission before we take any photographs or recordings of you, your child (under 18) or someone in your care. Please fill in your contact details. We will not use the images taken, or any other information you provide, for any other purpose.

Remember websites can be seen throughout the world, and not just in the United Kingdom, where UK law applies.

Conditions of use

1. If you wish to revoke your consent at anytime please contact Marketing on 01437 775852.

2. We will not include personal email, postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers on the Council's website, in printed promotional or publicity materials.

3. We will not include details or names (which means first name or surname) of any person in an image on our website, or in printed publications, without consent.

4. We may use group or class images with very general labels, such as ‘A group meeting’ or ‘The group on a trip to France’ etc.

5. We may use the image in literature unrelated to why/when the picture was actually taken.

6. We will only use images of children who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately.

7. None of the photographs taken will be used to illustrate sensitive articles, ie drugs and child abuse.

8. Images of individuals may be used by the Council wholly or in part and may be retouched and altered as deemed necessary.

9. These images may also be used by agencies working in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council and other Council Services. For example, a music festival is sponsored by Texaco and they publish a photo of the winners on their website.

10. All photographs taken shall remain the property of the Council and individuals in images and/or their parents will not be remunerated for any use of such images.

11. Copyright of all photographs remains with Pembrokeshire County Council.

12. Photographs will be retained in-line with dates given in our corporate Retention Schedules.
