For all inquiries, please complete this form as best as possible and allow 48 hours for a response.
For all orders, we recommend at least 3-4 weeks notice prior to your event date and we require a minimum of $150 on all orders.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders upon booking to secure your date. The remainder of your balance is due 1 week prior to your event date. For events 2 weeks away or less, we require full payment at the time of booking.
One design per dozen is included. Additional fees may apply for multiple designs. Before assembly, a proof will be sent over. One design change is included. Additional fees may apply for multiple changes. All changes must be made no less than 2 weeks to the event.
Orders with less than 2 weeks notice will include a 20% rush fee.
