  • Postage costs vary depending on your location, number of items you wish to order, and whether you want the items signed by one writer, or both. 
  • If you wish your books signed by both authors (rather than one author's signature and a signed book plate from the other),  shipping costs will increase significantly as the books will need to be sent from one author to the other before sending them to you. 
  • Orders placed in North America will be fulfilled and shipped by Kate 
  • Orders placed in Australia will be fulfilled and shipped by Chris
  • International orders will be fulfilled and shipped by either (we will contact you for shipping quotes) 
  • In order to decrease shipping costs, T-shirts will be shipped separately from your book order.
