Postage costs vary depending on your location, number of items you wish to order, and whether you want the items signed by one writer, or both.
If you wish your books signed by both authors (rather than one author's signature and a signed book plate from the other), shipping costs will increase significantly as the books will need to be sent from one author to the other before sending them to you.
Orders placed in North America will be fulfilled and shipped by Kate
Orders placed in Australia will be fulfilled and shipped by Chris
International orders will be fulfilled and shipped by either (we will contact you for shipping quotes)
In order to decrease shipping costs, T-shirts will be shipped separately from your book order.
