What is a canvass? In case this is your first time...
Canvassing entails walking door-to-door and having face-to-face conversations with people.
Face to face communication (canvassing) is the best way to communicate with OUR community (research says so!). You will be trained before your first shift, given instructions and materials before going out to walk in teams, and come back for a debrief session after each walk. All components are integral to the walks. The report backs are an important part of the learning, sharing and leadership building. We ask that you please be on time, be present, and have a ¡SI SE PUEDE! attitude at all VIVA activities.
