Before We begin...
The tools and techniques I use, and teach, are especially beneficial for SITUATIONAL stress, reactions, and exhaustion. Anything that was brought about by a particular trauma or series of events- like divorce, arguments, neglect, rejection, longing, losing a job, losing a loved one, abuse, trauma (big or small), phobias, etc...

-chemical imbalances*, chemical anxiety*, chemical depression* or chemical mental illness*, abusive individuals, or addiction to hard drugs.
-I also don't work with anyone under 25 - this process takes maturity, intelligence and sincere motivation. I find that most people under this age are being referred by someone wanting to 'fix' them, and they aren't ready or motivated themselves.

*Some people have both situational and chemical emotional struggles. (In fact, some mental illnesses are only coping mechanisms created by the brain to help one deal with difficult things.) In the case of combined causes, I can help bring down- or remove- specific triggers, but expect the individual to also seek help from a naturopath (preferably), psychiatrist or physician to get brain chemicals in balance.

A little about me
My specialty is helping people use real world tools to clear their traumas, negative thought loops, fears, worries, triggers, addictive tendencies and self sabotage- both in relationships and overall.

This is done though coaching and subconscious brain work which works equally well on anyone who follows through with my suggestions. It does take commitment and drive to accomplish this. Although it is fun, easy, and fast.

I also offer relationship coaching, energy work, life coaching, meditation training and more, but the subconscious work has been the most effective tool I’ve encountered yet, so the beginning focus is often there.

Whether we do coaching, energy work, brain work or all of the above, there are recommendations for continuing your progress at home.

The more you follow through at home, the fewer sessions you would need with me.

Thank You
This questionnaire helps me better understand you and your needs, as well as determine whether we might be a good match to work together.
