Kid's Book Bundle Request Form
Library book bundles can now be borrowed! Fill out this form to give us information to personalize your book bundle. Please allow 1-2 business days for your bundle to be ready. We will email or call you when your book bundle is ready for pickup at Zelienople Area Public Library. After that, call us 15 min before your arrival, and we will check your books out to you.
