By filling out the below form, you are stating that you would like to make a reservation for our premium seating on our main stage or our side stage during our Sunday brunch hours. ***PLEASE NOTE: Please check your spam folder if you don’t see an email response in your inbox within 24-48 hours***
DETAILS (PLEASE REVIEW OUR OPTIONS BELOW)
MAIN STAGE:
Our main stage consists of 4 sections. The cost is $600 which includes six (6) brunch bands and the group’s choice of an alcoholic beverage or one bottle of wine or a mimosa tower. Up to 1 additional person can be added for $40 per person.

SIDE STAGE:
Our side stage consists of 3 sections. Each section seats a maximum of 4 people. The cost is $500 which includes four (4) brunch bands and the group’s choice of an alcoholic beverage or one bottle of wine or a mimosa tower.

FLOOR SECTION:
We have three sections right next to our main stage. Each section seats a maximum of 4 people. The cost is $500 which includes four (4) brunch bands and the group’s choice of an alcoholic beverage or one bottle of wine or a mimosa tower. 2-3 additional people can be added for $40 each.

AGE RESTRICTION:
Everyone in your party must be at least 21 years of age and older. We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to enter the building. IDs will be checked at the door. If there is anyone in your party who is under the age of 21, they will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be provided.

SEATING POLICY:
The Venue Raleigh does not allow any additional people to be seated in a section past the maximum number allotted above. No additional chairs will be added.

PAYMENT POLICY:
The Venue Raleigh requires full payment to be paid prior to reserving the section. WE DO NOT HOLD SECTIONS. We also do not take deposits. Our only methods of payment are Apple Pay CashApp. We do not allow credit or debit cards for payment.

DECOR RESTRICTIONS:
The Venue Raleigh only allows balloons and/or flowers for the table decor. We do not allow any other outside decor to be brought in for the table which includes any open flames, table linens, glitter, confetti, etc. We also do not allow anything to be taped or hung on our walls.

ATTIRE RESTRICTIONS:
The Venue Raleigh's dress code is business casual. We do not allow attire that displays offensive or vulgar language. We also do not allow attire that completely exposes body parts including sheer clothing. We also do not allow ball caps. We reserve the right to refuse entry based on attire.

OUTSIDE ALCOHOL POLICY: 
The Venue Raleigh does not allow any outside alcohol to be brought inside of our establishment by any customer for any event. If any customer attempts to bring in any outside alcohol, it will be confiscated and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises.

NO SMOKING POLICY:
The Venue Raleigh does not allow any outside smoking paraphernalia to be brought in the building including vapes, cigarettes, cigars, etc. If any customer attempts to bring in any smoking paraphernalia, it will be confiscated and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises.

NO WEAPONS POLICY:
The Venue Raleigh does not allow any weapons to be brought in the building including knives, guns, pepper spray, etc. Any weapons that are found will be confiscated and the individual will be asked to leave the building with no refund.

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR POLICY:
The Venue Raleigh reserves the right to remove any individual from the building that displays any of the following - Excessive rude behavior to other customers or staff, vulgar language, threats, harassment, extreme intoxication and/or attempted unwanted physical contact.

I am aware that my ability to secure a section is solely based on the company's availability. I understand that payment must be paid in full upfront and is non-refundable. Without full payment, I will not have a reservation. I am aware that there is a 15 minute arrival grace period. If I miss the grace period or do not show, I will not receive a refund and the seating will be re-sold to another party. If I do not "agree" to the above terms, I understand that the company reserves the right not to move forward with my request. *
