BrickBot Academy is a global mentorship program launched by Team 15996 BrickBot to help FIRST Tech Challenge teams elevate their technical performance.

The program provides targeted one-on-one mentoring in CAD and programming, alongside access to an international network of teams for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
