The aim of this short survey is to understand your current practice around finding and using equipment or facilities for your research projects. We would like to know more about your pain points in order to prioritise the enhancements that are more important to you and that would make your life easier. In this survey we will discuss the national portal for equipment (http://equipment.data.ac.uk ), any local equipment databases that you use, or lab management systems.

Please note: the survey is completely anonymous and we will not use your name or department in any communications about this study, unless you give us permission. However, we may refer to your institution as a whole.

The survey has less than 10 questions in total and 5 about your institution and your role. It will be open until 1 December 2015.
