Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation's Plastic Free Hawaiʻi program (KHF/PFH) seeks to minimize single-use plastics on our islands by educating and empowering schools, businesses, and community members across Hawaiʻi. Offering PFH Water Refill Stations to schools, communities, and businesses will help events eliminate the need for single-use plastic water bottles to be sold and/or distributed at social gatherings.

If your event meets our requirements and agreements below, continue to fill out this form to provide KHF/PFH with more details on your event. We will forward you a PFH Water Refill Station Rental Agreement and details on next steps after event dates have been approved.
