This Course specially focuses on the practical aspect of corporate Law and its litigation in real world. It is difficult to underestimate the value of real-world experience in corporate litigation. Even while theoretical knowledge serves as the fundamental basis for legal principles and concepts, the capacity to use theoretical information in dynamic, real-world situations is what truly distinguishes a corporate lawyer. Lawyers who have gained practical experience are better able to handle intricate legal situations, make calculated choices, and effectively represent their clients. It teaches them how to handle the erratic nature of company disputes, negotiate settlements, and strike a balance between legal risks and business objectives. In addition, practical experience sharpens professional networking skills and ethical problem-solving abilities.
