TFE Ministry Leader Formation Cohorts intend to Equip, Explore - Deepen, Engage - Broaden, Expand - Connect, and Extend; they are designed to provide leadership formation and development in community that lovingly reflects where you are and supports you growing step by step to where you want to be.

Ministry Leader Formation Cohorts are not:

• A book club- although this cohort might include readings, these cohorts are intended to support and challenge you towards growth and formation.

• A support group- although support is a primary purpose of these cohorts, participants and facilitators are not providing group therapy nor are they meant to replace therapy; they can however provide ideas, recommendations, and wisdom from experiences in support of growth and transformation.

• A workshop- although you may gain skills and tools, this is participatory and dependent on your honesty, vulnerability, and openness with yourself and one another.
