Deposit Policy Agreement
Please acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following payment policy:

Classes and large events: 50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of booking.

Private rentals: the full rental payment is due at the time of booking.

You may submit payment via Cash App ($laviedance) or Venmo (@laviedance) or Zelle 619.398.5913.

Your rental time is not secured without payment. This policy is strictly enforced.

Cleaning Fee Agreement
Please acknowledge that if the space is not left clean and in its original condition, you will be charged a cleaning fee:

$25 for classes and private rentals

$100 for small events

$250 for large events
