To ensure that every session or contact sent is efficient, relevant, and commercially valuable, we pre-qualify both suppliers and buyers before confirming participation.
This short questionnaire helps us understand your capabilities, requirements, and readiness, so we only introduce you to partners that are a genuine business fit.

Our program is not a general marketplace or referral platform.
It is a curated, compliance-focused matchmaking system built for companies that are serious about international trade.

We work with suppliers who:

• Have previous export experience or are export-ready.

• Can meet minimum export volumes:

  • Coffee: minimum 2,000 kg per month.

  • Tea: minimum 2,000 kg per month.

  • Herbs & spices: minimum 500 kg per shipment.

• Hold, or are eligible to obtain, required certifications (EU Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, HACCP, or equivalent, depending on product).

• Can demonstrate product quality through samples, lab tests, or export references.

• Are committed to building long-term trade relationships, not one-off transactions.

Qualified suppliers are invited into a structured monthly matchmaking program, providing direct access to 36+ vetted Scandinavian importers and distributors over a 12 month period.

Program investment paid upfront (suppliers):
12 months matchmaking USD 15,000 for 36+ interested Buyers
3 months matchmaking TRIAL USD 5,000 for 9-15 interested Buyers

We work with buyers who:

• Are actively sourcing white/private label supply of coffee or tea.

• Have clear quality, volume, and compliance requirements.

• Are interested in direct relationships with verified suppliers in Africa.

• Value efficient, one on one pre-screened meetings.

Buyer participation is by invitation to one matchmaking session and subject to availability to ensure a focused, high-value experience.

Completing this questionnaire does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the program.
All submissions are reviewed to maintain the integrity, trust, and commercial effectiveness of each matchmaking session.
