The following questionnaire is designed to help the lecturer to determine the effectiveness of the lecture series. Your responses will be useful for the lecturer to conduct teaching activities effectively during forthcoming semesters. Your genuine responses are most valued for this purpose. Your answers would be strictly confidential.
