I grant permission for Yonkers Arts and its authorized representatives to:
Photograph and/or video record my child during the event.
- Use my child's image and/or voice in promotional materials, including but not limited to:
- Website and social media platforms.
- Brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Press releases and media coverage.
- Use the images and videos for future promotional activities related to Yonkers Arts programming.
I understand that my child's image and/or voice may be used in various media formats, including but not limited to print, digital, and broadcast.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my child's likeness appears.
I release Yonkers Arts and its authorized representatives from any claims arising from the use of my child's image and/or voice.
