Section 8 HCV Eligibility 

This program offers vouchers that assist low-income families and individuals with rent. Families/individuals find their own place, and the voucher will cover all or a part of the rent.

Are you a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or eligible noncitizen?
Eligible noncitizens include:
   - Residents of the U.S. who are a refugee, asylee, or parolee.
   - Noncitizens granted withholding of removal on the basis of prospective persecution. 
   - A citizen of a Freely Associated State (FAS) living in the U.S.
